The contacts have been great for me. They look great and don't hurt at all unless I've fallen asleep with them in. They're delivery is a bit slow but the product is worth the wait in my eyes. I personally haven't had to contact their customer service so I can't comment on that but the contacts themselves are awesome.

The pink lenses are the thinnest and most comfortable ones from this purchase, they are relatively easier to wear and take off. They enlarge your eyes.

For my first pair of contacts these were great! The included applicators really helped get them in. This color looks really good on those with brown eyes. My eyes originally look way darker

These are my first set of enlarging lenses, and I love them! I have naturally reddish brown eyes and the contacts look extremely natural. These are seriously perfect for just enhancing your eyes slightly but not going over the top. They give you a very dynamic/awake look, like a doe-eyed effect and it’s absolutely beautiful. These amp up any makeup look! I would highly recommend thee for your starter lenses if you’re like me and are just wanting something subtle and natural that provides that little bit of “pop” to your look without making you look crazy.
